VusaWeb.com Website Agreement:

Welcome to VusaWeb, Inc, VusaWeb provides the web sites and all services offered through the web site (collectively the "Site"), subject to the following Membe rs hip Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement"). Your access to and use of the Site is governed by this Agreement. As used in this Agreement "We", "Us", or "Our" refe rs to VusaWeb.com "You" or "Your" refe rs to you, a business subscribing this Site.

1. VusaWeb agrees to setup your website within 7 days of initial sign up and provide ongoing technical support.
   
   
2. Upon site setup, your credit card will be billed $397 for your one time setup fee PLUS your fi rs t month’s hosting of $39.95. Starting on your second month your credit card will automatically be billed every 30 days for that.
   
   
3. We will register a domain name for you, this service is included with your set-up fee.
   
   
4. You may cancel or change levels at any time by giving 30 days notice. Such cancellation or level change will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Plans and pricing are subject to change at any time with 30 days notice. If you do wish to change levels, there may be an additional site setup fee, depending on the level of customization you wish to transfer over.
    
   
5. LICENSE TO USE THE SITE VusaWeb.com hereby grants you a non-exclusive; non-transferable, pe rs onal license to access and use the Site to create and manage pe rs onalized web pages solely in connection with the operation of a licensed business ("Account"). VusaWeb. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Site and the content we are licensing to you. Permission to reprint or electronically reproduce any content available on the Site, for any purpose other than as necessary to create and manage your Account is expressly prohibited, unless you have obtained prior written consent from VusaWeb.com Copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws under both United States and foreign laws protect the Site.
   
   
6. CONDUCT ON THE SITE You unde rs tand that all information, data, text, files, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages whether posted or transmitted by you through your Account and the Site, are your sole responsibility. This means that you, and not VusaWeb, Inc., are entirely responsible for all content that you or use rs of your web site upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Site. Further, you agree to use basic common sense and not use the Site to upload or post anything harmful, offensive or illegal. If you have questions, call us, we’re here to help. Furthermore, we adhere to a strict Privacy Policy, which is a part of this Agreement and is located at http://www.VusaWeb.com. Also, spamming or sending unsolicited commercial email through your site, is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate cancellation of your website.
   
   
7. INDEMNITY You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VusaWeb, Inc, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, office rs , directo rs , agents, co-brande rs or other partne rs , and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your content, your use of the Site or your Account.
   
   
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT WILL VusaWeb.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY INCLUDING ACTS OF GOOD FAITH OR OF REASONABLE CARE, LACK OF NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE THIS SITE AND ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON IT.
